What sort of shaft mounted clutches would be suitable for a system using a motor, then chain drive to an output shaft?

It’s on a chain driven steam wagon, largely to my own design.
The engine drives a shaft via sprocket and chain (this shaft drives a pump) then there’s another chain to the output shaft and prop.
Ideally I’d like to run the pump whilst stationary hence the need for a clutch.
2hp max

thats a big lump with sae bellhousing bolt patern for a truck engine, we have them on some of our chippers up to about 200hp.

As @MoreWellie says I would have thought something simple like a lawn mower lever clutch would be more than enough for 2hp.

With these, I’m assuming they’re semi auto?
I wouldn’t have a lever to engage drive, would need to up the Revs, like a rev and go scooter?
