I have had a strange going on with a battery clock that I had in my workshop. I have a clock in the workshops and the garage and all are battery operated. I even have one on the front of the main workshop in a cabinet for when I am sitting in the sun(sic) playing with the dogs. Any way this particular clock seemed to be eating batteries as it never kept the time. So eventually I got my hands on another clock and put that in there. And lo and behold it is doing the same. The first clock works well enough in the dogs outhouse so it seems its the workshop that is causing the clock to run slow. I think it could be the fluorescent tube which is about 3 feet away from the clock in the roof whilst the clock is on the end wall a couple of feet from the roof. Anybody concur?
