cleaning welded galve for painting

so iv got 65 galve poles with plates welded in the ends and im going to spray them with aldi metal paint
has any one got any bright idears how to clean the wight resadue of.
Iv used a flap disk to remove the galve on the outside where befor i welded them but the heat from welding has burnt the galve on the inside.
Iv got 130 ends to do so what ever i do cant take to long per pole

Pressure washer? Sand blaster? Wire brush by hand?

Painted galvanise will stay painted a lot longer if you give it an etch primer first.

them wire brushes look good steveo iv got a clark set but would have to get them on a flopy extention
i was thinking jet wash the paint im using sais it will go on rust so that might be the one
i was thinking about using the t wash on them but im only painting gray paint on the exposed metal to protect it so if it flakes of where its gone over the galve its not a problem
