Cleaning a Catalytic Converter?

The cracks will be around the wastegate port i'd imagine these will make it come on boost slower but wouldn't stop it boosting at all, unless VERY bad. Has the car got a EGT probe in the manifold/turbo?

there are cracks everywhere. I did a crack detection test on it and could not believe the amount of cracks.

It has Pre and Post cat sensors.

Yeap. P0030 is more likely to be failure of heating element. Not looked into the Fuel pressure

fuel pressure trouble would more likely be the cause of your problem
