Hi all,
Sorry more qestions again..
Im looking into starting up as a self employed (part time) mobile welder.
What do you think of this as a generator for welding work? I know it can do Arc welding as it has a built in Arc welder, but would the Aux outlet sockets supply enough power for mig welding? prehaps on lower volts.. or are these just for lighting, grinders etc.. I need a generator for Mig welding, not too interested in having Arc as I have no training in it, and would prefer to specialise in bodywork, Tig (Ac/Dc) light fabrication and general repairs. But I have not found a suitable generator after days of looking around, this seems like the ideal job if it could hack the use I have written about. Ideally I would like to run around 130-200amps out of the Mig (Portamig, when I get it) or will it only take a smaller size machine?
Thanks, heres the link
