I have had a look again at the Clarke website and I think the Mig Pro-90 is a similar machine that I can use the basic instructions for. Thank you

Just FYI: Flux core / gass-less wire needs reversed polarity to weld properly. Some machines are built so they can be easily reconfigured between gas and gas-less. I don’t think yours is one of them. It’s gas only unless you want to start modifying the internals.
If it has two different grooves on the wire feed roller, chances are that they are for 0.6mm and 0.8mm solid wire.
(The machines were probably supplied with 0.6mm wire.)
