Hi,

Im thinking of buying the above machine tomorrow from Machine Mart, wanted to know what peoples views are of this machine or for the same amount of money is there anything better on the market?

This will be my first welder so im a little excited now!!

Im only going to be using it for general car repair and simple garage projects..

Hope you know they are VAT free at the moment, you do need an email invite but anyone who gets one can take along 3 guests... maybe worth checking on here if anyone local can help you out

No i didnt know!! How do you mean by an email invite? Is it an invite from the this forum?

No..Its an invite from Machine Mart by email or post, I got mine today.

Now...some shops don't care and just sell VAT free, some ask for a copy of the invite for a barcode off it.

Worth ringing your local one and maybe asking what their stance on it is.
