clarke 160turbo

hi all,im looking at buying a clarke 160turbo mig would it run off standard household plug? i have some gates to make and maybe some wrought iron fencing,would it be up to the job?(without blowing standard household plugs!)
Been welding 15 years motorcycle silencers but on industrial 3 phase plugs.

It will run from a standard 13amp household supply yes, although you'd be running it flat out for that type of work; is it a one off project or something on-going?

Double it & add a bit.... price that is I'd be looking at a 200amp machine ideally. May be worth trawling eBay for a decent S/H set (although there is good demand for single phase stuff so you need to get lucky).

No, you'd need a 16 or 32amp (electric cooker type) supply.
