Hi, So My 135TE's stopped working with 12 inches of weld needed before it could have taken a rest.
testing shows ;
The wire feed motor spins when giving 12v to it directly.
The relay clicks when feeding 12v to it.
The gun switch (laughable to call it that) but it shorts out fine. Approx 35v
Get weld spark if powering the relay directly.
The on off switch provides power to the board.
The board appears to be clean and in good fettle. (Pic's below).
With the board in the welder and wired up, There is no relay click, no feed motor and no spark.
I'm thinking it's the potted PSU (I assume that's what it is). What can I do the test that? It appears to only be on when the trigger is pulled? 240v AC to 12v DC?
