CK tig torches?

Recently spent all my pennies on a new tig machine and a selection of torches for various jobs, one being a wp9 CK brand torch with the superflex cable,
for this small torch they quote 130 amps @ 100% duty cycle,
not used it yet as i'm waiting on a cable cover to protect it,

anyone used these CK tig torches?

Not used them bud always fancied a ck flex lok torch they look the dogs dangly bits

Already done a fairly big ali job on the new machine.

Those flexlock torches look a bit of a gimmick but you can bet if you had one and it broke you'd miss it?

I've only heard good things about them, nothing bad yet

they make welding easier.cant say much better than that!
theres no need to be triple jointed to get the torch angle perfect every time no matter what the scenario.all you do is get your hand comfy,then adjust the head to suit.outside corners for example,so much quicker to trigger time.doing a t fillet sat at a bench isnt any easier,but not much welding in the real world is done like that
the superflex cable means no draping of a firemans hose over your shoulder to take weight off your arm.if i had to live without one or the other,flex head wins,no contest

Slightly dragging up a thread but, I just picked up a CK torch on the bay. Ideally I'm still after a flexlock, but will have to save the pennys up first..

The one I got is CK 180 water cooled one, same as the wp24 so tiny!

Not too bad for 35 quid new in box with triflex leads! Have a search on the bay for CK180 as they still have stock Just need to sort a cooler now too..

Exactly! But they have sent it out, so must be old stock to clear perhaps. The box does look like it's been sat for a while I must admit.

They come up fairly often, for that sort of money.

rapid sell the same torch with a longer neck for 244.
either way i wont be asking them if theyve made a mistake,they screw me on shipping every order
