Its been around mont now, nothing yet
Would anyone want one of these I they weren’t free?
They’ve bodged it together using off the shelf parts so it wouldn’t be the hardest thing to replicate.
edit: I’m not looking to sell anything, just to be clear.
Pointless gadget, probably giving them away because they cant sell them, just learn to feed the rod through the fingers its not difficult, even I can do it, https://www.mig-welding.co.uk/tig-technique/feeding-wire.mp4
See I just can’t seem to get the hang of that method and keep up with the puddle. That is similar to the method Richard used to use and he was very accurate with his filler, which is what you need on small stainless joints. I suppose a lot of my early TIG welding was production aluminium and I developed my style for fast feeding at very good travel rates. Use a small 1.0mm wire though and it doesn’t translate to accurate feeding. I struggle with my hands due to breaking my thumb and wrist a few times (Falling off bikes).Pointless gadget, probably giving them away because they cant sell them, just learn to feed the rod through the fingers its not difficult, even I can do it, https://www.mig-welding.co.uk/tig-technique/feeding-wire.mp4

I don't think so . As far as I know he sold up all his gear and has not posted for months. @Brad93 might know more..Richard used to..? Have I missed some awful news?!
Yeah I think he was into Barbel fishing. But he is not that old and I was really surprised he sold the lot. (Even his lathe I think)From what I remember him saying, he's retired and gone fishing
Yes Richard sold up everything. More time for family, fishing and his bike. He had some lovely barbel a few months back, absolute belters.Yeah I think he was into Barbel fishing. But he is not that old and I was really surprised he sold the lot. (Even his lathe I think)
