on land rover its exhaust off every two years to install a new dpf , or cat , or turbo , or filter at the turbo , etc etc etc ,,, on the bright side the nuts dont seize once you do them once ,,, in fact you could put the exhaust on with velcro its on and off that often.

Until I have an issue using stainless I will stick to what has worked for me over the last 20 odd cars I've owned and abused...I won't have the same car in 10 years...the longest I've ever owned a car is around 3 years and the stainless nuts on the dpf came off that just fine every time I needed them to...its very old school , but it works a treat , try it ,,, then thank me in ten years time when the nuts unscrew

Good enough for BMC cars for donkeys years, on manifolds & manifold clamps. Always came apart, worst case you had to replace the nut, stud was okits very old school , but it works a treat , try it ,,, then thank me in ten years time when the nuts unscrew
