Hello everyone
After some deliberation on what basic folder to purchase and following many recommendations on where to purchase from I ordered a 24 inch folder from Chronos.
Story,
Ordered on New Years eve at 20.00
Delivered on 2nd Jan.
So far so good.
Seems to be a great tool for my budget, well built and looks robust enough for my needs.
Been forming and bending a few pieces of scrap sheet and have not even bolted it to the bench yet.
For a basic piece of kit it seems much better than the MM or C stuff.
I am happy with my purchase and would Reccomend it.

I have one of their planetary ring rollers, it's not bad really a bit wonky there was a thread on here about them! Can't complain though it does roll rings! I have a Clarke floor folder and the build quality is cr@p but it is fine for the time being until I can afford a better one. Tempted by their website though!

yeah I've nearly finished modifying one of their English wheels so it'll work properly, should be done by the weekend, I'll post some pics up the mods if anyone is interested.....yes I know its a toy compared to a full sized one,but for smaller sections it does work, and doesn't take up much space.

There stuff seems alright a good base for you to improve as and if you want to. I haven't had time to take mine to bits yet I have a lathe that's in bits already and need that more!
