I've found some klingspro cutting discs, model is Kronoflex A24 SX special. They're 350 x4mm size, so quite thick. Apparently used for cutting railway tracks. 10 discs on eBay for £21.50
Worth a punt? Cheap enough but no point buying if will be no good. 4mm thick might overheat? Or cause rough cuts given its intended application.
