Chinese Diesel heater for the workshop

I've got a very old but good Webasto Airtop 2kw in my camper, but have considered one like that for my shed.
What's your opinion if it overall for what it cost?
(I'd prefer a simple one with a twiddle knob controller like my old Webasto, but it seems they all come with an electronic whizzkid controller and a Remote - but that's how it is)

No idea what it's like until I connect it up safely

I've just bought one of these, I was having a firtle last night (with the heater!) and wasn't impressed with the way that the exhaust is supposed to attach without leaking. Would it be best to use exhaust goo and a BFO clip (jubilee or other), or is there a better way?

The supplied hose clamps are garbage. Use quality hose clamps, no sealant and the stainless thin wall exhaust will squeeze down and fully seal onto the outlet.

Also mount a Carbon Monoxide monitor nearby, so that if it does ever leak combustion gasses you're getting a decent warning.

I'm sticking with my Deville multi-fuel heater, and a truly excellent bit of kit it is too....

Interesting wrt insurance , so a sealed over insulation packed sleeve would be needed similar to the exhaust pipe on my combi boiler that is in the middle of my bungalow?

It's do-able as I have several 75 mm ID stainless flue inserts to play with
