Are you capping off the chimneys or you want to stop birds / have ventilation etc?
If capping off use a slate cut to a 12 1/2" diameter and mortar like those other two pots.
Should be able to get a GC2 that fits straight in
Something like this:
To me, the gap covered by the mesh on that looks too much. Maybe research how many square millimetres is considered correct, make the gap smaller and use an insect mesh.
GC seems to be Gas Cowl. Everything specifically named GC2 appears to be 185mm, so too small.
Gas Cowl 2, designed for fitting a fire to a standard 9" x 9" unlined chimneys
if for gas that would be correct but as the op hasnt said what use those chimneys have i wouldnt have said thatGas Cowl 2, designed for fitting a fire to a standard 9" x 9" unlined chimneys
Search GC2 and the size you need

if wood stove it needs something else
Another project to get in your way of life! Buy fit forgetI want to retain ventilation as well as stop birds.
Currently mulling making my own out of stainless sheet formed into a cowl and MIG'd along the seam or at least spotted. Then bolted on formed straps, some st/st mesh and a bfo st/st jubilee clip

as for ventilation make a smaller version about 1" high would be ample enough for water as well as gas usage
I thought it wasn't in use but wanted the rain kept out
