It definitely is vibrating a bit, it's a mitre 45 using the clamp on the rage 3 which isn;t very robust to be honest and the table the rage 3 is sat on isn't too robust either. Would the vibrations really make a difference?
Not sure it's the route cause of your issues but it's worth trying clamping it in with an appropriate spacer - a bit of box or something so you are pushing the vertical bit of the angle solid against the back of the vice.

Seriously I assume its done no more than a full day cutting up yet or I am doing something seriously wrong
What's the consensus on pressure on the tct blades, I've heard some people saying very little, or barely pushing on the saw. Others I've heard recommend steady pressure to keep the teeth cutting?
