no, its cheapYou can't go too far wrong for less than 7 notes
never knew you were femaleWe all know why you bought it.
I've had it done, and there's nothing of any interest up there.
never knew you were female
they must like moths thenFemales only use them to have a sneaky peek into your pocket to see whats in your wallet
Just ordered a 3.5m android phone connecting version. A lot easier to take phone into garage than laptop.
Nearly tempted by a 10m long one but it'd only end up getting used down drains at work.
I will plug it in later and take a screen shotWhat is the picture quality like with these cheap endo/borescopes ? I wouldn't expect zeiss lenses in something costing less than a tenner, but there is no use buying something thats bad, if you can spend slightly more and get something better.
Control the LEDs - yes, but it wasn't particularly fine control, a bit touchy. Can you not control the led's at all Bill ?
I bought this one to look for water leaks under the floor http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/231740894617?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT Worked ok on PC, tablet and phone but was a bit too bendy to manoeuver under the floor.
Now I use it to examine the bores of my antique guns. This is a pic of the chamber throat of one of my 1865 Spencer carbines. This one looks like it will make a good shooter.
Ronan, The quality of these cheap endoscopes is nowhere good enough to spot a crack in a damascus barrel. You might try having the barrels Magnafluxed but there is some arguement about the effectiveness of that for spotting flaws in the welded mass that damascus is. If it were me I would have it reproved for black powder only. I use black powder shot shells all the time and they can be just as effective as nitro, plus a double gun is easy to clean.
I don't think they are available commercially. I buy in primed hulls, load them myself and roll crimp them. If you know anyone who has a Lee Loadall or similar maybe you could get them to load some for you. I don't know the law in Ireland but in the UK you can buy Pyrodex or 777 black powder substitute without an explosives licence. I don't like the stuff myself but it would do for a trial.Perry, the guns barrels are remarkably damage (rivelling, dents, pits etc) free, which leads me to two separate conclusions, 1. The gun was never shot much, judging by the condition of the rest of the gun, this might be a possibility. 2. The guns barrels have been replaced or received major work, honing or boring. For me to send the gun to birmingham or london would be a major pita, we have no proof house here, so i may just do it myself.
Where do you get the black powder cartridges ? I thought lyalvale or eley done them, but i cannot find them online.

I have a web cam that is set up to read a FIT meter , the LED's are too bright by half . However by using the contrast & colours I've been able to get some clear detailed shots of the target area .Can you not control the led's at all Bill ?
