Megger insulation tester analogical , needs new batteries
Cheap fluke 1587 clone which I have a discount for it too .
What would you choose

Always preferred a Megger with a dial readout, much easier to see what's going on than an LCD screen.

I've used Megger meters for years and they definitely seem longer lasting than anything Fluke.
To test one grab both leads and get someone to press the button, if you involuntarily yelp it's a good one

i use digital and analogue . for fault finding i use the analogue a lot quicker than digital. you can run over a load of lives and neutrals in seconds

i picked up a nice robin analogue tester of ebay for 15 quid been using it for 5 years now. i have a seaward tester for all my meters and its accurate . have another 2 if it jacks in
