Can you mount the boiler in one of the offices? that way any "lost" heat from the boiler casing is "lost" into the place you're trying to heat rather than into the warehouse.

At our first house I moved the boiler from the house to the garage to free up the space in the house, because the boiler had to constantly fight against the cold of the garage it burnt more gas, also the house was slower to heat up.

Also why not lag all the pipes, it'll help the heat get to the far end.

can you not run the pipes near the ceiling and drop down to rads saves cutting door way ?

why can't you tun the pipes like that? save going over/under the door?

drew the line off the wall so it can be seen in the pic... if it runs along the wall it should miss the doors etc.?


also... I'd just plumb it in plastic? miles cheaper and easier to work with, just need a bit of copper near the boiler incase it gets a bit too hot

you need lots of pipe clips to hold it to the wall for hot stuff with plastic... but that's no biggie... guessing breeze block walls? - just fix them on with concrete screws
