CEMONT Maixstar 180 mec Fault

I got a cemont Maixstar 180 mec. I only use it for repairs on my cars but today when using it it stop feeding wire and lossed power to the torch. I left it for a bit to see if it was an overload that had gone. but still doesn't work. Has anybody had this before and know where i need to look to sort it or where best to send it for repair. I'm based it west cumbria.

You need to check the torch wires and switch first, just test them with an Ohm meter.
A Cemont should have a small transformer and a relay on the control board, if it's not the gun contacts I would look at them.

I've checked the torch and wires. I've also shorted out the pins that go to the torch and it does not work. So it must be inside of it. I don't want to start looking in they until i know what to look for or where to start.

Liquid air owns Cemont I believe.
