Cellulose over epoxy primer?

Gonna give cellulose a bash for my interior and engine bay, But the bay already has epoxy primer down.. will cellulose go straight over? Should I put down a high build primer on top of the epoxy and then the cellulose?

either way ..just make sure you key the primer up

if theres defects etc then high build it and sand until the finish is how you want it to be
