Hello.I need to troubleshoot a CEA SmartMig M20.
After pressing the torch trigger I heard a clicking noise like the relay on the PCB is ticking and sometimes the engine moves, but not always.I changed the control PCB but the symptom continues.I checked the engine (with a 18v supply and it seems to be working fine),the voltage I guess it comes from a small transfomer on the PCB board thast is driven by a set of rectifier diodes and a voltage regulator . Does anyone experienced something like this? The last time,I thought the problem was solved but 1 second after y pressed the torch trigger the wire become red and the machine died.No movement of the engine again.
Thanks for your support guys,
Alejandro
