I dont want to hijack the thread BUT can anyone fetch me up to speed re CC CV?
I know what the letters mean but dont have sufficient knowledge of what/when/why each would be favoured over the other.

CC = Stick/tig
CV = MIG/FCAW

Sounds like you want a 200 amp multiprocess unit.
Loads of these about to run Mig/sticks/lift tig.
Lincoln speedtec, ewm pico pulse, Miller mp220,
Cheaper end of the scale have offerings from gys, tecarc, jasic and I think Rtech and thermal arc have even cheaper ones that get good reviews.
This sounds like what your after.
