Or the Mrs really wants a new sofa and is blaming the catI'll bet it wasn't an oopsie, rather a scent marking expedition of it's territory.

And then will need some new carpet to match.Or the Mrs really wants a new sofa and is blaming the cat
I'm sure the cat is all for this....won't it bleach his fur ?Baking soda. Then a spray of white vinegar. Will smell like a chip shop for a day though.
White vinegar also good for general cleaning, and especially glass.
Luckily never had that problem with our cats![]()
I am not a cat fan particularly, but I find they are cleaner than dogs in this way. We have had a couple that peed (and worse) indoors, when they could have easily have gone out.We thought that we did. Puddles often appearing on the carpet in my conservatory room. However with three cats, it was a puzzle as to which one was the culprit, having never caught them in the act. The obvious answer was to set up a camera with local recording, so we could see who was responsible. The first clip, I used to demonstrate how it would work to 'er indoors, only to find that we had caught the DOG in the act. Lazy little git couldn't be bothered to use the pet door and thought the carpet more comfortable.![]()
I used to deliver stuff to a house like this 30 odd years ago. The place stank, and the customer was no better. Nearly made me vomit going up the garden path. They had an American style postbox next to the garden gate, as the postman would not go to the house.I saw an old friend the other day, split up with his wife. She liked cats, a lot. They had some cats, then more cats, then more cats, then more cats. When it got to between 30 & 50 he left. As he said cat poop between your toes when you get up, everywhere stinking of cats ****, every square inch of the garden full of cat crap. Neighbours must love them.
