just acquired one of these welders.

its in pretty good shape and works fine, (its just i cant use it yet lol)

anyone have any info on it as I cant seem to find any.

it looks to me as its a fairly old ish basic machine with only 1 adjustment knob on the front for amps.

i could do with finding out how to adjust the post flow of gas as its about 5 seconds and whilst I'm practising it seem quite long

hi, take it know one knows anything then

well i managed to adjust the post gas flow, i took out the control board and reversed engineered it, and turned it down, my next step is to fix a pot to the front of the welder to have it adjustable, but for now i've left it fixed.

there's a socket on the front of the welder which i'm assuming is for a foot control, its a 5 pin din connector, would be handy to find out what that does, it shows a square wave above it also???

been doing a little bit of a project with it too

I assume this is a Castolin Eutectic set, Scott?
It might be worthwhile talking to them at their Evesham branch as they might be able to find some documentation for you.

The problem with their welding sets is that although they are very good quality, and highly respected, there aren't many about. Welding consumables and (other) systems are their specialist fields.

yes it i one of those matey, ill give them a bell after the hell that is the x-mas and new year is out of the way, your right about consumables, the torch arangement is very odd, not seen oe like it before, although im hoping things like shrouds and collets are standard fitment???
