yes, I should have stated use the pre galvanised, and where you cut the ends to size bind with pvc tape.and you would be ok with that only being 25mm from the outside face?
A friend of mine used to work for a concrete products company, he rescued/welded/cleaned up some slab molds from the company skip and set up part time at home making 2`x2`paving slabs. All he used was sharp sand, pea shingle and cement, the important bit here is the vibro table because without it there wont be the kind of granite hard finish.

Put a side door in, that should release a few panels to use elsewhere.
I could do loads of things...
But I have what I have, and only need a couple more bits.
If I do something else it would cost me £250 to even get rid of what I have here...
I did that with mine, but I put a second hand UPVC door in and clad over the up and over door internally with insulation, I can unscrew it if I need to but normally I use the side door.I'm getting rid of all the windows...
