Those old sewing machine ends must have had a rapid price increase. In the past year I've seen complete machines only making £10-£20!

I've been offered the machine as payment for taking the things away! There's actually a very nice one my ex gf wants me to pick up for her (complicated story, we're still good friends). I have to go to her old flat and pick it up and I'm pretty sure she's left them high and dry on the last rent payment so I've been avoiding that little delight for some months now, but I do worry about it as it's still got the nice wooden top and drawers which not all of them had!
