Cast aluminium tooling plate

Hello chaps would cast aluminium tooling plate be flat enough for a mini table saw project , I have a 4hp ts and it's overkill for cutting small joints etc ,

I have used cast tooling plate in the past and found it to be flat enough for most things.
I can't get it anymore as my "supplier" left the company

yes it flat but expensive - I guess any metal is expensive these days
