On the saxo theres 3 mountings. One from the gearbox backwards, likely to break up the rubber but that just means the bottom of the engine waves about an 1" or 2 inside the mounting. Theres another one from the top of the gearbox to the battery tray. and the last one is on our drivers side (your passenger sparks) from the inner wing to the head.
The first is likely to wear out but is easy enough to change - jack the car up remove and replace the rubber.
Gearbox one is unlikely otherwise the box would be on the floor.
So its down to the last one. Could just be one of the rubber blocks that stops it moving around too much
