I've had surround adapters off ebay and the colours don't always match to what they should do but had others that have been fine, as with anything chinese it's a bit of a lottery.
Can't offer any vehicle specific advice but there's a company called connects2 and they make units that bridge between the aftermarket stereos and the steering wheel controls, just fitted a pioneer head unit to a van via one of their modules to get the wheel controls working.

If it is can bus then not the end of the world.
Caddy are the same.
Will have permanent powers so will just need an ignition wire pulling from the fuse box. Aereal booster may also be needed.
Reversing camera will probably have to be permanently wired into the 12v socket in the back and then switched at the head unit end by the reverse light fuse. (As draws much less current as just a signal)

Just want a radio that can support two phones ( Work and Own) must have RDS, I was thinking double din as many have screens so I can have a reversing camera, but might just fit the one out of my Picasso as its a high spec one. could fit a camera and screen separately?

The cheap ones are not RDS
I thought I had found one but its from 2009 onwards
