But personally I would just buy a oil which is the correct spec for the vehicle. I change my oil regularly, So don't expect it to last 20,000 miles as the manufacturer's suggest
It's a mugs game if you ask me!Agree, long as spec met dont pay extra or a brand
MID60 is on now...Wait for Euoroparts flash sales or voucher offers usually 50% off.
yea when its in i buy 5 of them..its the full 5L too and not the money grabbing 4.5L that seems the norm these daysCan grab a bargain at Asda too occasionally. Few weeks ago had various oils inc 5w30 fully synth in for £15. But its not all the time, so mostly factors your best bet

Nah mate on the woolly sideHope its not Skem Asda your ransacking lol
You're right it's to do with low ash to help keep dpf from clogging so easilyTo do with ash i think mate. Some manufacturers specify low ash oils. Not sure about Hyundai tho, really i should check
its got a bit less saps what ever that is that dont clog up the dpf and cat as my sons car is older cant see its going to make any differance
^^^^ yea spoke to son tonight we are going for full synthtic 3w30 oil prob off of wilko or if i can find cheaper off the bay of thives poss off there as not a rush job
