iv'e got one of these 7 tray ones ideal for keeping in the shed ive a trolley to put it in when moving it about it does get heavy when full

I wish my old man hadn't chucked his...no idea who made it, but I remember it was damned heavy...I think it took 2 hands to lob into the skip...

Crammed it full of tools to the point where it weighs 43kg and started slinging it into vehicles. And I mean slinging, to a smallish bloke who doesn't weigh much more than the box it's a serious thing to move so it can drop with a bang.

That's too heavy to be moved by hand regularly, 25kg is the limit; if you're an employee you need to speak to your boss about manual handling rules and if you work for yourself you've got a slave driver for a boss, either way you're risking injury and storing up wear and tear for no good reason.

I'm well aware of this but don't have a choice right now. It shouldn't be for much longer that it'll need moving regularly.

Oh, I work for a lovely person who thought it appropriate for me to be lifting some 55kg weights (at ground level!).
I did actually manage to stay polite when I told him that wasn't going to happen. I weigh only ten kilos more than the weights!
