The Record No 1 is one of the smallest Record vices & not much practical use due to its size. It would be of most interest to collectors trying to complete a set.

It's usable but a little small for most of the members on here. I'm guessing we would prefer a No 4 or 6. Peace to @Seadog and his watchmakers vices.

As @Seadog says in its current condition it should be priced at around £20 at a car boot sale.

It's interesting but not fascinating. You aren't going to retire on the proceeds, but you can get lunch for two at 'Spoon's.
