No impossible, as the optics work side to side not front to back.

There used to be an add on kit that was used in conjunction with the Dunlop kit which allowed for multi axle alignment. we used it to set up 8 wheeler trucks and multi axle trailers. If I remember right it was a right angle mirror type of thing. You set each axle to 0 degrees. then set them to run parallel. then set the toe in on each axle making sure to adjust left and right by the same amount to keep the centre line correct. I would think as long as all you want to check is toe and that the axles are parallel then yes you could using similar technique and a straight edge long enough to reach the front wheels from the back wheels. Once front and back are at 0 degrees check using straight edge that you have the same gap each side of the front wheels. Next check distance from hub centre front to hub centre rear. Must be equal. Next adjust toe on each axle.
A lot of work but can be done. Other tools would be needed to check KPI, castor, camber.

Yes you can do 4 wheel alignment. The optics also work front to back.
Its I while since I used this but all you do is flick the mirror to 90 degrees ( it has 2 positions and is designed to do this) and set against rear wheel. You then set the scope gauge facing the mirror about a car length in front of car. Once zeroed you then move the mirror gauge and place against front wheel and check for parallel.
This idea is designed for checking multiple alxes on trucks are parallel but there's no reason why you can't do a 4 wheeled car with this method.

Unless it's a Renault 16, there are others but I can't remember them at the moment.
It's easier if there is a live axle on the rear to cross check off of, but if its adjustable independent all round it can get a bit more involved.

Super Tracker are quite close to me, and four wheel alignment by them is simple and very accurate. I had no idea mirrors swivelled round on the Dunlop gauges, and guess this is quite a useful feature if tyre sizes front and back are the same?
