I know it sounds a bit 'girly' but count your calories! Work on the basis of keeping your daily intake at no more than 1800-2000 (but no less than 1500), lay off the beer and yes, some of it will come off within two weeks.

just to make ya's feel bad, i have the opposite problem, i cant put on weight
I was like that til I got to about 20, it all went downhill from then on

Doctor says for my height (5'6") I should be between 9St 4lb & 11St 4lb. He weighs me every time I go 'cause of my blood pressure.
Last time I was weighed at our local weights and measures place I was 9 1/2 Stone (was in 1981 though )
Apparently I'm now 80Kg, but I don't do metric so must be roughly the same.
