Does it conform to the top diagram when you tap it out with a meter?

BTW, I have wired a third set of contacts through the no-volt release switch when that is possible. This means that with the break-before-make changeover of operating the reversing switch, the contactor will drop out if you try to reverse the motor while it's under power.

No, in revers it does, in forward we have paired:1&2, first row unnumbered terminals, last pair unnumbered

Had the multi meter on it and this is where I've got. This is looking from the front of the switch with the cover off. Arrows show where terminals have bridging
