Can anyone suggest a good anti bacterial cream for hands

Apparently we can develop sensitivity to oils over the years and after rebuilding tons of engines, I now get a "hot flush" if my hands are caked in oil. I now use a barrier cream (little dispenser in the corner of the shop) but I have to be careful, wear gloves and not to allow too much contact with oils - if any...

We could have done with @Parm 50 years ago, as an apprentice truck mechanic I was alway shoving my diesel soaked mitts in my overall pockets, my hands and other parts are still paying the price

In the 70's we had a tank of trichoethylene (sp) "trike" we would degrease stuff in it and use it to clean oil/grease off our hands
