Got a customer today that wants Both galv and powder doing. Tried to get a reduction in price for cash but I didn't budge 
Already doing the job to cheap just to get the order 
The bloke next door who's been around for years and send the galver alot of stuff only gets it for 50 odd pence a kilo. So I've got no hope of getting it any cheaper.

Hi, some powder coaters round here shotblast followed by hot zinc spray , then powder or paint to finish, Ive had quite a few jobs done this way, It can be cheaper than hot dip galv if a small project and you dont need to drill vents in box sections either
