Can anyone help with a Lincoln 220 Compact Welder + UK

I possess a Lincoln 220 Compact welder . When I press the trigger the feed wire comes out a fixed speed from the gun . I have tried changing the 10k potentiometer on the control board.
Although I have not measured the voltage between pin 1 and 3. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or can help in anyway, someone mentioned it could be a recti

fier. I have tried second
control board with a new 10 k potentiometer and the same happens. When I press the switch, the reel feeds the wire at a constant speed no matter how much alters that potentiometer. Any help would be much appreciated .

Hello and welcome to the Forum ! This is an unusual fault, given that you have already tried a new control board.

When you press the torch trigger, does the wire feed at a "normal" speed for welding, or would you consider it to be too fast or too slow?

If you change the 6-way rotary voltage selector knob, does the speed of the wire change?

The small transformer on the board is rated at 15 volts and 1.5VA ( Watts ), so it can only run the power-on relay. The voltage source for the wirefeed motor is taken from the main DC welding current, and so the motor should get faster at higher welding power settings.

Please check the welding voltage from the tip of the MIG torch to the workpiece clamp. It should rise in roughly-equal steps from about 16 volts to 30v as you step up the power switch.

The control board is Type Number US-45S and Part Number 0918-432-076R.
