I wonder how good those cast tube formers will be after machining. The China ones from Clarke/Draper etc fall apart on first shot.

I think you should put a price list up. It would help serious buyers, and stop the rest of us wondering what the cost would be

It’s impossible to work it out by weight alone. To many variables like split pattern, lose pattern etc.
Ask a foundry for quotes

15/12” squares in pattern paint along with 500mm Swiss.
Foundrymans mrs was properly cross about him bringing them indoors to dry the paint out quicker

Also @pete has lent me his 24” windley bros . I’m going to double side tape a thicker base and dovetail bevel on it then cast a ally pattern

Blanchard ground a master square and a old chinesium surface plate which was .25mm from flat!

Even my Blanchard, the smallest is 15hp
Medium are 50hp up to 300hp
That’s a lot of metal of removal
