@pressbrake1 Have you considered doing some 8" squares ?? I'd certainly see a use for one and fits in scale with some samller shed/garage shops !

What tolerences does the blanchard hold for grinding is it final operation or a roughing type machine or does it take them to final grind never seen it used in any machine shop not that I have been to many .

Skf had three at their speciality bearings manufacturing facility for grinding bearing races up to 36” diameter so must be pretty good
More of a speciality machine so the work goes to subcontract grinding shops

No because it would cost the same as the 15” to make therefore too expensive to sell

I’m outside in the garden making metrology patterns again
These are squareness comparators that you set off a master like a cylinder square then use to check work and actually give a value to work to.
I’ve set the top clock in on mine to give it some protection
