Calor CO2 info..

So just spoke to a lovely girl who resells calor gas. She can sort me a 6.35kg CO2 bottle for approx £13 refill, £50 deposit, £1.60 monthly rental. Alot cheaper than my boc is at the moment.

I thought this was rather good..
Question is will I need a special adapter to make my CO2 reg work? Ive never seen a calor co2 bottle so dont know if they are the same as normal. Also what is a 6.35kb bottle ?!

Have you tried shopping around, I got a £60 one-off payment and keep the bottle with £20 refill, no rental from an independant for a pub-sized CO2 bottle. Proper welding gas too, not a pub mix.

I have found a pub company who will do me £12 a refill and £50 for the bottle to own. Problem is deliverys are sketchy and I have to meet their guy at one of the pubs they deliver to.

Currently im with BOC for the pure argon but thought the Calor CO2 seemed value for money, works out cheaper than buying a bottle if I keep it for less than 4 years. (at least I think it does).

Tried adams gas but im literally just out of area, so would have to pay the full delivery charges.

As per the calor bottle I was hoping someone already had one and could tell me if their bottle was a size x etc and if I needed any adapters for a normal reg.
