Arrragh !
Several months ago we had to get the BCO in to sign off all specified alterations and improvements to our property .
He asked for a list of certificates etc one of which was the ECA S1 form that gives the spec & readings for the electrical wiring ( we had a full rewire ).
A couple of weeks ago we get a county council blurb in poor english that says everything is OK but that the ECA form S1 is not registered .
I've tried to contct the ECA to find out if it has to be registered with them .. no answers forth comming ..no one had phones or writes back to me.
Our local Welsh authority are worse than dismal at replying , even if you send things by recorded delivery or ask for help by phone.
Can anyone advise me where the certificate is likely /should be registered please , so I can go and camp on their doorstep till it is done ?
