If a transistor has blown, you'd still need to find out why even if you replaced it.
Ok on closer examination and with your help it looks like it’s not repairable to me

It can be good to fix things but some times you do need to think 'how much time will it take to possibly fix a low cost item v. replacing it?'
Tell me about it. I spent two hours yesterday trying to fix a door bell which has not worked properly for donkey's years, having given up I looked for a replacement which turns out to be twelve quid, interesting poking around with it but not time well spent.Yes, but it can be hard to resist the temptation........
