I've recently bought myself a second-hand road bike and the wheels are a little 'tired'. I'm looking to upgrade them on the cheap as the bike only cost me £80 and will be used very occasionally, though possibly for the odd duathlon and £125 is my absolute limit, I simply can't justify spending more.
They must be quick release and must also be Shimano compatible.
Anyone got any recommendations other than those plug-ugly Rigida ones?
I've currently considered Shimano R500 at £90/pair.
Shimano RS10 at just a tad more.
Shimano RS20 at £115/pair
Pro-lite Como at £99/pair
Planet-X model B at £125/pair
