For most bits of wiring I've carried out over many years I've managed with using either a nylon fish tape or a length of single core stiff wire to pull any cables through.
Recently I've been running wires through my van & the fish tape or wire is just too flexible to push along the inside of a panel & always gets lost. I'm now looking at getting a set of cabling rods to use in both the van & for mains wiring.
I know there are a few sparkies on here & I thought I'd get your advice on what set to buy. There seems to be a big range of rods from cheap no name to expensive sets.
I can't justify a set of super rods but I do like CK tools stuff & I was wondering what your opinions are on their MightyRod sets?
For the van the short 33cm rods would be more useful.

For mains wiring this set would be better.

How flexible are the longer rods ie how tight a bend will they safely take?
