Cable supply size?

For a PIV unit that is 11.5W (fan only) and has a 500W heater that 'pulsates', is a 1.5m2 cable with a 3A switched spur ok?

a shower at 10kw needs a idealy a 10mm cable 6 is if the route short but rare

This is the instruction manual, not particularly helpful. Model is the one with a heater, 479091

500+11,5 watt/240 is sod all 2.2amp rounded up so yes a 1mm will do it depending on the run

sorry should realy reread before posting

they will still need know how long the run will be and how installed to give a proper advice as you nered to factor in volt drop for the cable and if cliped to surface or installed in conduit etc

1.0mm will take 10 amp so well in its limits even enclosed
