Hey guys, I have a mini floor/underside that is half clean steel and half rusty, I can't blast it, but I can spend many many hours with wire wheels, die grinding bits, phosphoric acid etc to get it as good as I can. Issue is I'm not really well enough to spend 200000 hours on a floor that once the cars painted I'll never see again!
Many people on the mini pages are ranting about buzzwelds epoxy "bang on it on over rust" stuff, but I'm yet to believe anyone has actually made a rust encapsulator that actually works.. anybody used it?
Obviously I will prep it to the point where all that is left is small pitting, but with so many different products on the market all claiming the same rubbish I'm a bit overwhelmed. The floor will ultimately be stonechip and 2k painted after the important coating of said stuff is applied.
