Do they need to be the exact same wheels? Maybe I'm missing something, but I would have guessed anything with a similar diameter and suitable bore size (could be adapted) would do. An ideal opportunity to buy a lathe if you don't already have one.

Not necessarily but they ha e a drive cog moulded into their inner rim. I would think it would be impossible for me to recreate at home.
